I'm worried about the recovery period for my maxillofacial contour.

I decided to get double jaw + contouring surgery because of my receding chin, but I'm worried that it will delay my return to work...
 
I decided to get it done without tying my mouth (I think it's SSRO), and since my receding chin isn't that bad, I don't think the scope of the surgery will be that big. My occlusion is right, so I decided to go without braces
 . I'm a
freelancer who works alone at home, so swelling doesn't really matter,
 but I want to rest for 4-5 days including the surgery day and then go back to workㅠ I'm worried because I won't be able to work well if my nose is stuffy or the pain is severe...
 
Some hospitals say that employees who got receding chin surgery went back to work a day or two after, but
 some hospitals say that it will be difficult to concentrate on work for about 7 days due to pain, eating, breathing difficulties, and sleeping poorly
 
. I know that the recovery condition and recovery speed are all up and down, but since I'm busy, I keep worrying about the unpredictability...
 Is it a bit much to expect that I'll be able to breathe well through my nose and sleep for more than 6 hours 3-4 days after the surgery?
