I had the first one last Thursday and the second one today.
I ate it for 3 days starting from the first one and rested on Sunday...
Why is it that I skipped it for a day because they say it helps blood circulation and I was worried that I might bruise more during the second surgery due to severe bleeding?
But do people usually eat it on the day of surgery?
I'm worried that I might bleed if I eat it on the day of surgery.
And there are antioxidants like polyphenols, right?
They say that they don't make you gain weight, so I'm worried if I should eat them.
What if something weird doesn't stick? I worry
every day, should I do this? Or not? I worry. I'm worried
that if it doesn't work out after all that hard work and money... haha.
I've been thinking about this for years and have been working hard to live abroad, but I took the time to come to Korea and do it, so it's a very precious opportunity for me.
