Will the lines change strangely?
I'm currently between slim and average weight, but I'm trying to lose weight by going to the gym and diet + PT.
But I'm worried that if I go on a diet, my double hand line will change and I'll be dissatisfied.
Since I had already lost over 10kg, I planned to diet slowly in conjunction with exercise from now on, so I made a dual weight loss plan first. But I have a lot of fat on my face compared to my body, so I'm a little worried that if I lose more weight in the future, my double-shoulder lines will look weird...
What do you guys think? Is there an example of someone losing a lot of weight by dieting after double training?
