It's been 3 weeks since the procedure, and there's still a lump in the middle of my stomach. I had really bad bruising until a week after the procedure, but now the bruising is gone!! Recovery is definitely much better than surgery!! After the procedure, I ate a lot because of the trip, but my waist circumference decreased by 1 cm every week, so it felt like I was losing weight.
 
I'm going to try a strict diet starting next week to see great results...
