Has anyone not received a refund for their reservation deposit?
First of all, I made an appointment at the first plastic surgery clinic to get my eyes done, but ended up having the surgery done elsewhere. I went to the plastic surgery clinic to ask for a refund a week after paying the reservation deposit, but they said they would cancel it because they knew there was an internal procedure? I came out believing it. But even after 2 weeks, I still haven't received a refund. The manager just said that he is still requesting it.
The more factory-type, the worse these procedures seem to be..
(Additional) I called and asked for a refund, but they pushed me back by asking if I was doing this with the reservation deposit;;; Why won't you do that? So why don’t you do that hahaha
