I had a nose job, but my panties were on backwards.

I had a nose job a few days ago. I was a bit nervous, so I wanted to ask people who have experience with nose jobs.
 I don’t know about other places, but the place I had was under general anesthesia and when I woke up, they were starting the surgery.
 It felt like they had just started, so I was listening to the whole procedure and thought they had put me to sleep for a very short time. When I asked, they said that was how it was supposed to be done.
 
But when I woke up, I felt like my panties were a little wet?
 Did they get a little wet during general anesthesia? I thought that when the surgery was over and I went to the bathroom, my panties were on backwards and the panty liner I was wearing was stuck to my thighs…
 But it wasn’t like there was anything sticky or viscous on it, it was more like urine or saline solution?
  
At the time, I was out of my mind, so I thought, “Huh?” and went home, but when the anesthesia wore off, I suddenly had a strange thought and my hands and feet were shaking…
 There were a lot of nurses in the operating room, and it wasn’t a good atmosphere for anything strange to happen, and there wasn’t much time…
 Thinking about it, I wondered if there were cases where they put a catheter in during general anesthesia. If I were to
 ask and ask without thinking, I would have to go get the stitches removed in the future, and if there were any side effects or problems, how would I get to the hospital? I haven't asked yet because I've been thinking about it...
 But I guess I should ask this anyway, right?
 
No, but if I think about it, it seems normal to just say that I'm going to get a catheter. Do I need a catheter when I'm only under general anesthesia for a short time?
