<나 원래 45도광대는 거의없었오><뼈붙는거 보여?? 신기해! ><수술전사진 또찾았엌ㅋㅋㅋ 광대가 우렁차다!!><I was never really a 45-degree clown.><Can you see the bone sticking?? Interesting! ><I found the pre-surgery photo again haha. The clown is loud!!>It seems like only yesterday that I posted that my mouth opened better on the 71st day after cheekbone reduction, but
time has already passed so quickly that I am now on the 90th day haha
.
At first, I was straining my head to manage the swelling, but
now I feel comfortable as if my face is my own.
There is no foreign body sensation and I can open my mouth easily.
Anyway, today I came to
the hospital 3 months after the surgery
to receive elasticity management services,
get a CT scan, and meet with the director. They say it's fixed well with no change in pin position.
And more importantly!
Now, I can see the bones starting to come together! (Exciting!!)
I used to be really stressed out because
my cheekbones were arbitrarily assertive and
asymmetrical, but now it feels like a dream to have a pretty face shape without having my cheekbones reduced through an app...
Almost all of the swelling has gone down,
starting about 4 weeks after surgery.
I do aerobic exercise to sweat a lot 5 days a week
(I exercised with a lot of energy until the 7th week (home training), but stopped doing it after that), I
bathe my feet almost every day to make me sweat,
I drink a lot of water, and
I take care of things that are good for my bones.
Chondroitin, calcium + vitamin D + magnesium,
I still eat 2-3 slices of cheese a day (high calcium cheese).
I buy 100% collagen powder and mix it in when I drink goat milk.
(I've been eating collagen and calcium diligently since I watched a doctor's YouTube video saying that collagen creates a bone fiber frame and fills the gap with calcium, etc. haha)
As I worked hard like this,
almost all the swelling in my face went down
(today, the managers said that almost all of the swelling went down). You did it haha)
The bones are well joined together.
If you keep it this way and the bone heals well,
you will be able to have the pins removed during Chuseok this year! Haha
Those who have had surgery will have their own Uibeoji,
but I plan to leave the pin removal to the clown Uibeoji.
I am very satisfied with the post-surgery care.
I wish I could have the same surgeons in the operating room when I remove pins in the fall as when I had clowns!
Anyway, have a happy spring day everyone!
