First nose hospital list

I'm getting my first nose job. Can you look at my list?
 
First of all, my nose
 . 1. The bridge of my nose is basically there. When you look at it from the side, it's straight and pretty.
 2. But the tip of my nose looks really flat because it's pressed in.

+ I'm thinking of getting a second surgery on my eyes as well during the consultation to match my nose.. I really chose these people only because I thought about my nose, but can I leave my second surgery to them? ㅠㅠ Is it
 normal to have eye wrinkles on your first nose..? Do you usually get your eyes done by the same person who does your nose? Or do you all get them done somewhere different?!
