Kim Won-hee, who slimmed down her chubby face when she debuted with a meridian massage. Her meridian massage know-how was made into a video and became very popular. All about meridian massage, which allows you to create a slimmer facial line just by pressing the acupuncture points on your face after washing your face every morning and evening.
Why is facial meridian massage good?
Our body has 12 meridians and 360 acupuncture points along the meridians. Usually, acupuncture points are connected to internal organs such as the heart, stomach, and liver. Meridian massage indirectly relieves pain and tightness by stimulating acupuncture points connected to organs.
In particular, pressing the acupuncture points on the face not only loosens stiff muscles, softens facial expressions and improves complexion, but also reduces facial flab and creates a slimmer facial line. It also has the effect of relieving blemishes such as spots and freckles and skin problems such as acne.
People with sensitive skin should avoid it.
When you first start using meridians, your face may swell once or twice. However, there is no need to worry as it is a process of changing the constitution. In particular, for people whose skin is always red due to weak capillaries, regular meridian massage will strengthen both the skin and blood vessels and alleviate symptoms.
However, it is not recommended for people with thin and sensitive skin. This is because problems may become worse while irritating the skin.
