3 months review of nose reduction (not a broker)

I am writing a review after 3 months of treatment
 
. I am not a broker. I am not getting paid to write. There is a receipt review in my previous post!
 The photos are photos taken with the Galaxy's default camera without any editing!
 
I could have just written a few obvious things like "the hospital is friendly and the hospital facilities are good" on the Gangnamxx app and finished it in 10 minutes, but
 the reason I came here to Seongyesa and wrote a sincere review is because I really liked the surgery and I really wanted to write this voluntarily / share it to help others.
 
And brokers~ I know that brokers do this job even though they don't want to make a living, and I know that they work hard. I also don't want to work and I am a day laborer who earns a living, so please refrain from mentioning other hospitals in this post~

 - It's been 3 months since the surgery in mid-January.
 
- It's settled well. Now I can laugh and talk without any problems. (To be honest, it's settled well since 1 month ago and I didn't feel any discomfort.)
 
- The philtrum length after 3 months is still the same as the initial 1.4~1.5cm of the surgery. Refer to the picture (The philtrum flesh was cut and thrown away during the surgery, so the philtrum length is the same.) (2cm before surgery -> 1.4~1.5cm after surgery) Reduced by 6mm
 

- Many people ask about the scar, but of course there will be a scar. It's impossible not to have a scar. Everyone's sensitivity is different, but I think the scar is not visible and I don't care. I've never worried about the scar. I have a simple personality, so I keep telling people around me that I got rhinoplasty, but even my close friends who don't say anything say that they don't see a single scar;
 
- You have to take good care of your scar (scar cream) after the surgery. I've been consistently applying scar cream every day for 3 months now, and the hospital says my scars are in good condition. I can see my scars in the mirror when I look at them.
 
- I think the reason my scars are in good condition is because I've been consistently applying scar cream every day and going to the hospital for laser treatment once a month without fail. After the surgery, the hospital provides free laser treatment for scars once a month for 2 years. Even though I live a 50-minute drive away, I've never missed laser treatment because it's too much trouble. I've also diligently applied scar cream every day without fail. Those who are going to get the surgery should not just apply ointment because it's too much trouble or not go for laser treatment because it's too much trouble, but take good care of it consistently. That way, I think my scars won't show and will be in good condition like mine.
 
- The satisfaction level of the surgery is the best. There is no daily inconvenience, I personally don't mind the scar, and I look better because my philtrum has gotten shorter and it has a great effect on improving my lower face. I had orthodontic treatment with extraction 3 years ago, rhinoplasty 1 year ago, and philtrum reduction early this year. Personally, I think the combination of rhinoplasty + extraction orthodontic treatment + philtrum reduction is the best for improving my lower face.
 
- The comment that resonated with me the most in the review post from the past month was a comment that said that after getting philtrum reduction, people around me, knowingly or unknowingly, tell me that I look younger and prettier and it all feels like a reward, and I really agree. Before getting orthodontic treatment, my philtrum looked incredibly long after my extractions, so I had a severe lower jaw complex and always wore a mask. But after getting orthodontic treatment, I like myself so much when I look in the mirror, and I have so much confidence in myself that I always take my mask off on purpose, and whenever I hear someone say I'm handsome, I get so upset that I don't know what to do... ㅋㅋ
