 but even after paying the deposit, I was confused
 
. First of all, my nose is not in a bad shape, but overall it is low and small.
 The shape of the nose I want is something that preserves the shape of my nose and raises the height slightly (I don't want to raise the eyebrows too much!)
 + My columella is a bit inward, so it would be nice to have this slightly corrected, but it's not essential. The
 
downside I think is that
 the consultation time is too long. It took too long (I had a reservation for 3 o'clock, but I saw the director at 4:30...)
 I saw someone making a fuss at the counter -> I probably had a problem and wanted to talk to the director, but it took so long that I felt like
 I was filing a complaint. I pay a lot of attention to the AS part
 
and the difference from other places is the surgical method
 because I have a small and low nose and a very slight saddle nose. So, other plastic surgeons also mentioned this, and in other hospitals, the dent between the eyebrows
 had to be covered with about 2mm of silicone, so the method was to fill only the saddle area by adjusting the height of the silicone to at least 3.5mm-4mm.
 However, in ㅇㅂㅅ, in order to correct the fundamental cause of saddle nose, you need to place ear cartilage on that area, put silicone on it, and insert it into the dermis. So, we will proceed in this way. They said that if I don't apply the ear cartilage, the gap will appear again later when I look at it in a bright place, or it may look like incontinence.
 Is this really a fundamental plastic surgery method? Or is the surgery becoming too complicated? It's a bit difficult to judge because I'm not a specialist.
 
And here, the biju was considered important when designing. Other places didn't recommend columella, but here they said it was essential to get the columella down.
