Unexpected benefits of rhinoplasty

There were a lot of reviews saying that rhinoplasty would cause a lot of sebum production,
 so I was very worried as I am a volcanic person.
 
After two weeks of wearing a splint,
 I checked the amount of sebum on my nose, and for some reason,
 
all the sebum was gone. Hahaha.
 Blackheads were sticking out all over the place. (Oh, it came out entirely)
 
In this state, I applied cleansing oil, rubbed it, and wiped it with a cotton swab. All of the naturally released blackheads were wiped away, and
 
the blackheads became much smaller. Hahaha.
 
I wonder if dead skin cells had accumulated in the splint. Hahaha, and
 
I was peeling off the skin on my own. Rather, nose sebum and skin texture have improved;;;;
