When doing rhinoplasty, don’t look too natural.

I was scared of my first surgery , so I asked for
 
it to be done naturally and discreetly,
 but I'm really regretting it. I'm about to have a second surgery . There are no side effects or anything like that... I'm just dissatisfied with the shape, so
 it's better than mother-of-pearl, but depending on the material, it's absorbed and that's
 a must!!!! You have to take it into account, but it's not okay to overdo it.
 But maybe a little more than you thought at first? I had to make it higher,
 so I set it to closed at first and I liked it, but… ^^
 The tip of my nose is saggy haha. I think you need to be a little bold,
 but if you are too bold, it won't work!
 
Please make it natural and not noticeable... I'm not allowed to say this.
 I've spent a lot of money just now haha...
 Don't be too scared, but do your best
 and make sure to find the middle ground between the clients' needs and the doctor's sense of aesthetics during the consultation and hope for success
