It's been 3 years since my second nose surgery. I'm so upset. Please help. Please also see part 3 of the second post.

  but there are so many comments telling me to get it done at another hospital, but
 I don't have the conditions to go all the way to Gangnam and get the surgery done again...
 However, after going to a local plastic surgery clinic and listening to the director, he said it would be better to go to the same hospital and get it done
 . When I went to the hospital and inquired, the conclusion was that
 I would have the surgery this Saturday...
 They said they would add a skin line to the left nostril with Alloderm and
 add a cartilage or two if you are really worried about the saggy nose.
 Luckily, it is a closed surgery and the cost is 100 won, including the anesthesia fee. ^^
 Look at the KakaoTalk chat I had with the director in charge. But he's not the director who was in charge during the surgery. This is my first time seeing him,
 so it's natural that he doesn't know... but
 the director is really angry ^^
 It's right to add Alloderm, right? ...
 He said he would go to the hospital and consult with the director further and decide whether or not he should add one or two pieces of cartilage and then decide. I think Alloderm is unavoidable.
 Is there anyone who has had cartilage resorption like me, other than the bridge of the nose, and ended up adding Alloderm later? Please tell me your review.
