I had a contour consultation and placed a deposit for surgery.
The consultation fee was 50,000 won and I was debating whether to make a reservation because of the large surgery cost. The director told me that the consultation fee would be 50,000 won anyway. If I make a reservation now, I can get it all back 9 days before the surgery. I would just go ahead and make a reservation, but it would cost the same 50,000 won, so I made it. .
Since it was a major surgery, I set an undetermined date to calculate the schedule (the director did not say at this time that all unscheduled items would not be refunded), but when I called to cancel later, I was told that I would only receive a 90% refund, the same as 8 days before the surgery for an undetermined date.
We already explained everything to each other. It's even on the signed paper. So, I said I understood and looked at the paper, but no matter how much I looked, there was no mention of the surgery being undecided.
From 8 days before the surgery to cancellation on the day, it only says about damage costs at a time when it is unfavorable for them by percentage, etc. Am I strange for thinking this????
I would understand if they said it would be deducted if you make a reservation from the beginning, but if you make a reservation up to 9 days before the surgery, it is a 100% refund, but why is it a 90% refund if the surgery date is undecided?ㅠㅠ They say it's their rule...
