Complaints from someone who spent 150 million won on plastic surgery

As the title suggests, about 150 million won was spent on plastic surgery, procedures, and management
 (from 2012 to 2024)
 
- 5 lip augmentation, 3 types of contouring, chest, 2 eyes, and 1 nose
 - Philtrum reduction, lip enlargement
 - Filler is applied here and there, dissolved, and then applied again (more than 1,000 for this alone)
 - Laser (Ulthera + Thermage) is always done at the same hospital about 1 to 3 times a year. After looking at the chart at that hospital, they said I had been there for 13 years so far. Original face I was someone who needed laser treatments like that since I was young because I had skin and sagging on my face since I was 20. I tried cheap lasers like Shrink and all that, but they didn't work at all, and I felt like I could manage it with Ulthera and Thermage, so I continued using them. . Ulthermage is so expensive that I think it cost more than 3,500 just for Ulthermage)
 - I spent a lot of money on
 thread lifting, dermatology (I haven't been here for 10 years, I think I spent 3,000), meridians, etc. It
 was a good surgery (eye rejuvenation, philtrum reduction, lip enlargement, breasts) )
 Failed surgery (Eoljihyeop, first eye surgery)
 The rest is just okay? Soso
 I want to stop living comfortably now, but my greed gets the best
 of me. But before , I did something stupid like getting up on the operating table
 just in case, even though it was obvious that it wouldn't work, but
 these days, I don't do that and I think I've found a way to let go of what doesn't work
 (I'm thinking about having a second surgery because I want to reduce the number of people.
 I wanted to raise the tip of my nose just a bit and fix the asymmetry, so I thought about reoperation, but
 I ended up getting both of them down. Pass)
 I kept thinking about having my nose re-done and received consultations from a total of 10 places, but
 there is no functional problem and
 there is no guarantee that it will get better in terms of appearance than this, so I just gave up
 . It's a different feeling from when

 have nothing to lose. Because of my worries for a long time, the list of surgeries I really wanted to do
 has disappeared one by one, but
 there are still three things I really want to do:
 1. Remove the adhesions on the cheek pits that I ruined because of it, and get fat grafting.
 2. Elevation (really, this is the only answer for the drooping)
 3. Breast revision surgery (the shape and everything went well, but it's been 12 years since I had my breasts done, so I feel like I've had a bit of contracture since the 9th year)

 these days, the puffiness has suddenly started to appear again
 . I guess it's because I'm getting older.
