 am having a wedding in December, and the part that is exposed in the dress is my arms, so I did Palams because they said I wear them a lot. I was
 really nervous at first, but I did it because I wanted to have slender arms, and
 I hope it works well!!!
 Still, I think I received it with peace of mind because the director who designed it was meticulous and gave detailed consultations!
 I was scared because I wasn't under anesthesia, but I think I felt safer!
 It's only been a week, so there's still swelling and the feeling hasn't returned! I'm going to try my best on aftercare~ I'll keep uploading it in the future, so see what the effect is!
 I don't tend to bruise a lot, so I only lifted my right arm a lot and barely lifted my left arm!!
