I originally had a skinny~average body type and worked out hard,
but I was worried that the fat on my arms just wouldn't go away, so I got the RAMS procedure, and
now, 6 months later, the before and after are almost the same. ^^
At the hospital, I visit regularly for aftercare and measure my circumference, and
the circumference only went down by about 1cm? So even the director admitted that he was dissatisfied with this muchㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
At first, I thought it was swelling, but it wasn't. If you're really worried about a specific area, get the surgery because the recovery period is the same whether you get the RAMS procedure or surgery.
The name RAMS procedure sounds easy because it's called fat extraction injection, but it's actually a procedure that hurts a lot and has a very long recovery period.
You can't exercise for at least 2 months, you can't do the overhead arm pose, and it takes a month for
all the bruising to go away. Given the downtime, price, and effectiveness, I think surgery is better than the procedure, so I'm leaving a post ㅎㅎ
