Plastic surgery is luck

I've had plastic surgery several times, but
 I'm dissatisfied with the appearance and other than the minor side effects, I'm really screwed. It's painful and uncomfortable, and my social life is difficult; I've never had a side effect like this before,
 
but
 
one of them closed the hospital and ran away abroad.
 The other was almost black before the surgery, so I assumed it wasn't for me and had the surgery, and
 the other was treated like a mental patient who complained in the next room right before the surgery, and Mr. Lee had an anesthesia accident and died. ;

The surgery went well.
 I'm really
 lucky.
