What do you think about raising the nose wings?

I had rhinoplasty and it's been almost a year since I had my entire nose done.
 To be honest, my nose isn't pretty now, and my original nose wasn't pretty either... I just think of this as my fate and accept it and live with it.
 
But after my entire nose was removed, my nasal bridge went in a bit, so it's not that it's recessed, it's just right in front of the wing of my nose. So I want to get a nostril lift to raise my nostrils higher than my nose bridge...
 My nostrils are also large and shaped like a dragon nose, and I heard that if I get a nostril lift, my nostrils will be somewhat hidden
 . So I want to get a nostril lift...
 I had an online consultation at MT, but the director said that my nostrils are big and
 that getting a nostril lift will make them look even bigger, so he didn't recommend it. I went to another hospital for an in-person consultation, and they said that it looks good from the side of my nose bridge, so I don't need a nostril lift and that I should get a nostril reduction.
 
Nose wing reduction leaves a scar and I regret it more than I thought. A nostril lift involves cutting inside the scar, so it's not visible, and I want to get it done because I saw before and after photos.
