It's already been a month and a half since I did Bok Rams!
Haha..haha, what did I do in February? Haha.
Actually, after doing Rams in December, I decided to lose weight this time and hiked for 7 days. I lost 4 kg in one go and was
really soft, so I lost my temper and gave up.. I went on a diet once in a while. I ate well and that’s it… haha But I’m still maintaining it!!
I've been going to the gym steadily for 4 days now.
I'm receiving extracorporeal shock waves consistently.
My weight is 70kg > 65.7kg > 66kg
. I guess I'm eating too well. I think I've been following my diet consistently, but I think I've rationalized it before I know it and need to re-accumulate it.
I'm reflecting on this while writing this review...

The volume change is clear!
The swelling is continuing to go down, and
the remaining fat seems to be disappearing as the fat and fluid clumps are dissolving.
All that's left now is for me to get my diet right again
. In fact, I've been thinking about doing it consistently for a while, so the stress is great, but
looking back, I guess I secretly rationalized it and ate well. It's hard,
but I really exercise. I didn't, but since I started exercising, I don't crave food anymore!
I heard that there is a steady change even with 6 gal of Rams.
Last year, I lost 10 kg after doing Rams for my arms (I think I started binge eating from 6 gal.. I remember eating hurriedly because I had a busy job and didn't have time at the time. .LOL)
I’ll aim for this summer and fight even more,
fighting artists!!!
