I had buried surgery at A Plastic Surgery Clinic and had release surgery a week later...

I originally had double eyelids, but about 4 years after the incision was made, the line seemed to have loosened up a bit, so I went to A Plastic Surgery and had burial surgery.
 However, the line was too thick, so I asked to have the buried eyelids removed a week later, and the hospital released them, and
 the existing double eyelids were completely gone. .......
 So, I asked Plastic Surgery A to have my double eyelids done again in 6 months because my existing double eyelids were gone, but they said they couldn't do it....
 
Please tell me your opinion on whether it's strange for me to go to Plastic Surgery A and ask for my double eyelids to be done again. Oh, and again. They said if I did, they would give me new money. A Plastic Surgery seems to have good skills, so I really want to work there, but I don't know what to do.
