Two lines at the end of a double incision

It's been 8 days since I had a double eyelid incision. But after removing the stitches, there are two lines at the end. The black line on top is the incision line, and the red line is the double eyelid line that opens the eyes. This is a mess, right... I'm really crying.. What does it look like to the public? ㅠㅠ It was a reoperation, so I was really careful and prudent, but I asked the hospital what to do, and they said it was due to swelling, and they told me to wait and see if the swelling goes down. ㅠ
 But I don't think it's a swelling problem.. The incision line is still there. My eyes opened down there and other people said the end line was dirty, which made me even more anxious and upset ㅠ I couldn't go right away because it was difficult to visit the hospital because I was in a local area, but since it was my 2nd week on the 16th, I went to the hospital then ㅠ
