I'm confused whether reducing the crowd is worth it or not.

I don't know because there isn't a single person around me... Looking at the reviews, it seems that there are three types of people: people who said they didn't do it but said they didn't do it because their scars were too bad, people who said they did it and regretted it because they did it, and people who did it and were very satisfied with it. Is it near the nose, a sebaceous gland? Some say that the scars get worse because of the sebaceous glands, and that the scars get darker over time, and some say that they are covered up with makeup..
