 - No makeup or contact lenses on the day of surgery

<Precautions after nose surgery>
 - Do vigorous exercise after 4 weeks. Light walking is possible right away
 - No nose blowing or nose picking for a month
 - Do not wash your face until the stitches are removed
 - Wear glasses after 2 months
 - No drinking or smoking for 4 weeks
 - Apply cold packs diligently for 3-4 days (do not press the nose directly)
 - When sleeping Elevate your head (face higher than your heart)
 - Irritating foods can interfere with reducing swelling
 - Be careful not to lift heavy objects or bend your head
 - If you want painkillers, take aspirin X. Tylenol O.
