After going to 5 places, these are the two places I'm considering in the end...
Even though I checked all the reputations and read all the reviews, these two places have fewer reviews than other places...ㅜ
I have a short and slightly upturned nose, and the opinions of the two places are a bit differentㅜ
1. Hwi
- Very, very natural>Auricular cartilage, gorgeous>Autologous costal
- I have big ears but low strength, so costal is recommended
- Beak cutting, silicone use
- When using ear cartilage, take from behind
- 385 (When using costal +110)
2. Gokseon
- No prosthesis, ear cartilage
- No beak, No silicone (thin skin)
- If necessary, use donated dermis from the bridge of the nose>Optional
- Taken from the front of the ear cartilage
- 495
Hwi is the only hospital among many that recommended costal... Judging from their blogs, it seems like they correct the nose tip angle using a method other than rotational grafting, but there isn't much information about it, and
I'm a bit concerned about the usability of donated dermis at Gokseon... If not used, will the area right above the tip of the nose be filled in with cartilage alone? I don't know. What
I want is not a fancy and pretty nose like a celebrity's, but I want a definite improvement from the front...
If there is anyone who had their first surgery for a short nose or a nose job or had one done at two hospitals, please let me know your review.
