I was shocked when I got an Inbody test last winter and it came out as lean fat.
Originally, I wasn't lean fat, but I was a little fat...ㅠㅠ My body fat percentage was way over that point, so
my PT teacher said I needed to lose weight (I have severe abdominal obesity), so
I looked for diet pills and took them with my sister. I
got a prescription from Director Chㅇㅇ, and I added Saxenda to it because I wanted to lose weight faster.
I took the pills and Saxenda alternately for about 10 days and
my body felt much lighter.
I lost about 1.5kg, and I feel much better when I wake up in the morning or move around?
I think it's because I lost some weight, and I stopped drinking coffee
because I was worried that it would be too much to take the pills and Saxenda
. I think that's having a big effect. There are no side effects yet, and before my period, I used to eat a lot because my appetite exploded, but
now, right before my period, I don't feel that way and it's calm. It seems like the pills are definitely suppressing my appetite.
I really don't want to eat, but they told me to eat vegetables or porridge little by little instead so there are no side effects, so I'm taking it and doing well.
I've taken a month's worth, so I'll finish it and leave a review then.
