Check if the breast size is too big

On the day of surgery, I tried to say that 320-355 would be good, but the director just took the measurements and left quickly, so I asked the director and he said he would make it a size that fits nicely. After the surgery, I saw that it was 375. I put in a size 340 on the left, but I put in a lot more than I thought. It's been a week today and I feel like my breasts are too big and I already want to lose some. I'm currently 155cm and 50cm, and my ribcage is 67. I originally kept my weight to 45-46 and everyone said I was skinny if I weighed this, but at this time, my ribcage was up to 63. It came out.
