Hello, I'd like to share my review of my first nose surgery.
I'm a woman, I have a high nose bridge, but the tip of my nose is spread out, so I'm looking for a place that can make my long nose look nice with non-implants, and my natural nose actually looks pretty good, so
if I say I get surgery, everyone will stop me, but it's better. I want a feminine line, so I'm looking into it without being greedy.
I lined up famous places through word of mouth, and filtered out places that advertise on Instagram, so I thought I'd compiled a list of talented people who avoided brokers as much as possible, so let's get started. I'll do it

Byul (Hong Yong-taek, Gangnam) - Recommended
- There are two doctors here, and the ENT doctor seems to be famous, so I just followed the recommendation and went to the plastic surgery clinic. I consulted with the director.
The director was very friendly and the explanations were detailed, so I had a 50% feeling that it would work out well. I'm also
thinking about this, but it doesn't have the impact.
I want to do it in Apgujeong, but it's Gangnam, so I don't like it. But the director himself is trustworthy
. (Heojin, Apgujeong) - Recommended
- This is the only place that stopped me from getting surgery after looking at my nose and saying it still looks good (the change won't be big).
The director has been looking at my nose in Apgujeong for 27 years, and it is a mecca for reoperations.
There are no review event discounts, and it is done completely naturally. This place is famous for
the surgery, and they do it so well that they don't block your nose with cotton. Even though it's an open surgery, they seem to have good manual skills.
That's not going to happen, but if I have to have the surgery again, I'll definitely go here.
The reason I'm worried about the first surgery is because I want to make it more noticeable, but if I do it here, it's too much. So I was worried that it would be disappointing because it looked natural.
Yedam (Cho Seong-don, Apgujeong) - Recommended
- This place has also been the representative director for over 20 years in Apgujeong and
is famous for being a place that does things completely naturally.
However, it is a place that doesn't advertise so there aren't many reviews, so that's a bit disappointing. It's frustrating,
so they seem to be trying to preserve the nose as much as possible while touching it less.
There's a very high possibility of doing it here, but I'm thinking about it.
Ye-jin (Lee Ye-jin, Apgujeong) - Recommended
- First of all, the director resembles my first love, so I was excited during the consultation,, ;; He's old. He's been in Apgujeong for over 20 years.
I heard he's a teacher who left after working in Sehyeon. He seems to have skills.
I've only been to famous places as a one-person teacher, but this one was the most expensive.. The front seats are different.. Based on my nose, it's different. There are 2 to 4 places, but only here is 5.. I
heard that they do virtual plastic surgery with a pad here and it makes it look natural, but it's too expensive so I'm a little worried..
Coco Line (Kim Seon-gu, Apgujeong) - Recommended (I modified it to 50% recommended after seeing the comments)
- This place is as soon as I see my nose. I liked it the most because it seemed like it knew the problem right away like tweezers, pinpointed it and told me accurately, and
knew how to make my face harmonious and pretty.
But there were quite a few bad reviews about Sungyesa... If it weren't for those reviews, honestly, I would have done it right here

the consultation and shape seemed to be okay. I'm worried.
Naturalism (Kim Deok-jung) - Half-recommended
- The director here also seems to have a sharp eye. As soon as he looked at my nose, he designed it in a way that would suit my face and told me about
the Coco line. Likewise, I was drawn to it because you seemed to have a good sense of aesthetics, but they said that you could use the donor rib only here...
(this is not an absolute requirement, if the nasal septum is small or curved)
Other teachers say that the absorption rate of the donor rib is high and the shape is deformed, so I only use the nasal septum + ear cartilage. You said you could...
Are you lacking skills in that regard? I thought, If you want a doctor who is good at using ribs, it would be okay to go here.
I will only do the tip of the nose for my first time, so I don't want to take the risk of donating ribs, so I won't do it here.
Yonsei Co& (Choi Yoon-seok) - Half-recommended
- This is an otolaryngology department, and he presents a slightly different perspective from other directors. They did it for me, but they didn't seem greedy so I felt trustworthy
so I recommended going once. They did a virtual plastic surgery with a pad.
But they looked too busy and were a bit blunt, and it was a bit distracting since there were a lot of general otolaryngology patients, not plastic surgery specialists, so I classified it as half and half.

- The director here seems like a crazy artist, a mad and passionate master in old age.
That's why I felt that he may be great aesthetically, but he doesn't think too much about functionality.
When you go here, you don't just see the nose, you see the balance and image of the entire face. Look at it (I'm a pack bomber, but hahaha) and definitely go and get counseling.
But I recommend just getting counseling and not doing it here. I feel like there's some madness going on, so
the counseling is helpful.
Esthetician (Jeong Donghak, Gangnam) - Not recommended
- Here, as soon as he saw my nose, he was very precise, like a shaman, telling me what to do to make it prettier.
It makes me wonder if there has ever been a director who got the point as clearly and accurately as this.
However, the director was so overbearing and unfriendly that there was no conversation or communication at all, so I classified it as a non-starter.
Besides, the directors were completely devil-like monsters, and I was so shocked to see their faces that I thought I shouldn't be here.
If I were the director, I would see those faces. I can't see with my eyes open.
Modern aesthetics (Kim Jong-gu, Gentleman) - Not recommended
- The director seems to have no aesthetic sense at all.
Everything about my nose is fine, but the tip of my nose is slightly off and the mid-face looks long.
They suggested making it longer in the name of elevating it.
If I had had surgery here, it would have been a disaster. The nose is higher, but the mid-face area is longer ;;;; It's not that long, but
out of all the places I've been to, this one had the cheapest price. I couldn't help but think that cheap was expensive.
Weed (Lee Seong-ju, Apgujeong) - Not recommended
- I should have gone to With Yuwonil, but I didn't know and just went wrong with Weed.
The director graduated from Seoul National University, but he didn't seem to have any skills
. The place said all osteotomy was done under sedation, but they only asked for general anesthesia here,
and the manager was so blatant that if you pull out cash, you get a discount. I seemed like a snob for saying this too much. Se-
hyeon (Yoo Hyeon-seok, Apgujeong) - Bichu
- They said it was a famous place for nose surgery, so I went there through word of mouth. He seemed to be less discerning than I thought.
It felt like he was certain about the nose shape he wanted and didn't think about how it would blend in with my face.
I heard somewhere that he has lost his senses due to his age, but anyway, I won't do it here.
Cheongdam Byeol (Jung Woo-cheol, Cheongdam) - Gaebichu
- The director is a very old man with trembling hands
. Besides, his hands smelled when he touched my nose..
Closed nose surgery. It seemed like the concept was taken, but
it was a time-consuming consultation with shock and fear that did not satisfy any of the surgical skills, aesthetics, and kindness, as the surgery skills, aesthetics, and kindness were all lacking (consultation fee 11,000 won).
There is not 0.01 of bad feelings, so I'm just stating the facts I felt. Other
places that were on the list but couldn't go because they were overbooked
