The bone on one side of the nose protrudes to the side and the other side goes in slightly through the osteotomy,
creating an asymmetry that makes it look slightly curved in a C shape. Some hospitals said it would be a simple surgery to replace the bone in an open manner and insert dermis or fascia into the damaged area. .
However, other hospitals said that if they were closed, the accuracy would be low, so they said they would make it open and make it more precise. The ingredients are the same.
The nose doesn't work well when it's open, so is it more so when it's closed, or is it just a difference in the doctor's senses?
