Medical expenses and follow-up care after nose surgery

It's been 2 weeks since I had my nose surgery, and when I went to get cotton, when I went to get a splint, and when I went to the hospital because I was anxious about the inside of my nose before Lunar New Year, I paid the treatment fee every time I visited the hospital. Is this because I was prescribed antibiotics and eye ointment and I'm paying the medical fee?
Also, I had fat grafting done at the same time as the nose surgery, but after the surgery, they said they couldn't do follow-up care (swelling laser) with fat grafting, so I never received follow-up care. Isn't that a lot of money included in the after-care fee?
People around me asked me if I needed to take more care of something else, so I asked them.
Finally, everyone around me said that nothing had changed, but there was no change even after the swelling went down, so if I requested a second surgery, would you do it?
I'm so stressed out. Please give me some information or advice.
