Rhinoplasty silicone vs. donated dermis

I've been to 4 hospitals, and
 the opinions are divided 2 to 2.
 They say that the former should be done with silicone and the latter with donated dermis, but the
 
point between the eyebrows and the
 philtrum point are not vertical, so even if you put silicone in, it will be a straight line with a slanted angle. What do you think?
Wouldn’t it be strange? I heard that I could do that more naturally with donated dermis, but I'm really worried.
