When I look at reviews and articles, I see that my nose gets plumper after surgery. Is this true?? I haven't seen a post like that directly... I have thick skin, and since I'm lucky, I'm missing both sets of ear cartilage, but it seems like all I have left is costal cartilage. But both surgeries didn't correct the abdominal nose, and the frontal fat look is the same. Even the mother's nose is bulkier. It doesn't seem to be there.
In my experience, when I use autologous cartilage to fill my nose with thick skin and the nostrils cannot be reduced, it doesn't really work (it doesn't even remove the columella properly). They say it
works only if you put it up with silicone and make it fancy, but I'm worried that the nose will get bigger if
I just remove the columella. There was a reduction effect, but if you want to make the nose bridge look smaller, the only solution seems to be to pull the columella down and remove it... > If you have a nose like me with a wide nose and relatively not very wide nose, but the skin is really thick.
