My butt is ruined ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

They originally said that it's hard to get a double eyelid surgery in one go, but I can't tell if it's different from before and after the surgery.
 I had silicone nose bridge and ear cartilage tied to it.
 At first, I thought it was just swelling and waited, but it's still the same even after several yearsㅜㅜ If
 you compare the side view, the bridge of my nose looks a little higher, but
 especially when you look at the front, there's really no difference, to the point that people around me say they can't tell...
 I'm looking for a hospital in Seoul to get it done again, and
 I looked at Private (Lee) and That Day (Kim), but which one would be good?
