nose job one year later nose job

It's been a year since I got my nose done (only the tip of my nose, without implants).
 At first, it seemed like my nose got shorter and the tip of my nose went up, so I was really satisfied.
 But after a year, it's starting to
 sag more and more, which is scary . The bridge of my nose and the tip of my nose are drooping, and when I look at pictures, I just look like I have a long nose.
 It looks fine when I look at it from the front (it's a little crooked, but I don't really care), but when
 I look at it from the side, it looks really weird... When I smile, the tip of my nose sticks out sharply... My nose before was much prettier and more natural...
 Will it get better if I get botox on my nose bridge?
 Or should I just have it removed? How much does nose tip ear cartilage removal surgery cost? Would it be better to go to Seoul to get this done?
