<구축 오기 전 (첫수술 후)><구축 온 후><Before construction (after first surgery)><After construction>There are a lot of people on the internet who said they were fine after removing the cotton, pulling out the stitches, or starting drinking and smoking for a month, right?
There were so many people who said I was fine, so I wondered if I was that unlucky.. I worked hard from the first month haha.
In conclusion,
I had chronic inflammation that has slowly built up over a long period of time. If acute inflammation had come right after surgery, I would have done everything I could and removed the silicone, right?
Of course, it must have been a big loss and difficult..
But I didn't have any swelling, redness, pain or anything like that, and only the tip of my nose was slowly becoming audible. And
that wasn't right after the surgery... From the first year after the surgery until the third year. I got it and eventually had it removed after about 3 years.
I rarely have minor illnesses, so I haven't had a cold since middle school and I
've never been tired. Then, because of the coronavirus outbreak, I didn't go to school, go to school, play, and rest endlessly.
Now that I think about it, I had surgery. I think a big part of it was that I couldn't control my drinking and smoking during the first year
(after a year, I lost interest so I didn't do much).
Of course, I know that I can't conclude that this is because of drinking and smoking!!
But now, I still regret that if I had taken better care of it, it wouldn't have happened, or if it did, it wouldn't have come later.
I had a very low birth defect, so even if I go back then, I will have a nose surgery, but I will never do the same for post-surgery care. When it comes to construction ,
I feel about 500 million times more stress than the stress I had
from the beginning. The outline of the silicone is revealed on my upturned nose, so I avoid all the contacts that come to meet me for the first time in a long time.
Anyway, what I want to say is... You don't drink or smoke. It may sound obvious, but if you're unlucky, you could end up like me, so be careful.
It sounds a little bit like this, but why did you leave it for several years without reoperation?
Some people might think... but
I knew from the time I started hearing it, it was so subtle that everyone around me didn't acknowledge it.
All I did every day was look in the mirror;;
So, as soon as I sensed the change, I went to the hospital, but with that difference, the hospital didn't even diagnose it as contracture
. I also felt burdened to open my nose again with that much difference...
It just felt uncomfortable, but if you ignore it, at some point, it's 100% okay. I was certain it was a contracture,
but when I was consulting for reoperation, there was also a hospital that said it was not a contracture but a weak ear cartilage;;
I'll attach before and after photos of the buildup.
Fortunately, I'm not rejected for reoperation anywhere... I think it was a very mild level of buildup,
so please take note and don't be complacent like me. I wrote this with the hope
that everyone will have a successful nose surgery with good aftercare.
However, I had revision surgery 3 weeks ago and am taking great care of my nose haha;;
