After worrying a lot, I'm just going to revive my ruined eyes and I don't think I'll get plastic surgery for the time being.. so I'm writing this
and leaving.
But be careful because I have a
lot to say. I talk a lot by nature but I wrote this as if I was bragging to my friends
.
1. Original eyes
I had my original eyes done 9 years ago, 8 years ago at the time of the surgery. I got it done through an incision and I didn't like the entire surgery..
It wasn't the hospital I went to in the first place, my mom took me there.. They even had a slit eyelid surgery (my mom ^^ wanted it), and
because of this surgery, my double eyelids came undone soon (after 3-4 months) due to excessive fat removal. I lived hearing that the epicanthoplasty was also excessive. ㅠㅠ At the time, I didn’t know about epicanthoplasty, so I fought with my mom and didn’t talk to her for a month ㅠ (Please forgive me, I was young)
2. Eight years later,
I finally gained the courage to fix my undone double eyelids, so I went to a hospital and found out about epicanthoplasty restoration.
When I went to the hospital, the doctor said my epicanthoplasty was a bit… I would have said everything I wanted to say ㅠ
Fortunately, it was possible to restore it!! Even if it wasn’t as good as my old eyes, I was so happy ㅎㅎ!!
After much thought, I went to a place that specializes in restoration and made an appointment for the weekend, the earliest possible date.
They said
the surgery wouldn’t take that long, but it took longer than I thought.. An hour or two? I don't know why ㅠ After the surgery, the doctor said I had to close
my eyes more than he said, so I was really upset ㅠㅠ
I was completely blind until the first month, and my younger sibling who I knew after having the stitches removed said her eyes looked better before ㅎ I was really stressed out because of this, and I
really didn't understand why the doctor closed them more than I said, and it's making me mad. My nose is originally a bit low, so it's okay if my forehead is a bit narrow, but because of this ㅠㅠ
During the surgery, the doctor made a mistake and used tweezers..? and I bled ㅠㅠ After stopping the bleeding, I went home, but it stung... Because of that, I was really anxious,
but after a month, I'm satisfied and like a new person. By the way, I still have a white scar in front of my eye. I still think it would have been better if it was closed a little less. Personally,
having an epigastric slit gives me a sophisticated look.. but at the same time, it makes me look sharp and tired! It could be because I originally have very sagging eyes ㅠㅠ But
if you get the surgery on Saturday and go to work on Monday and just put hair on your forehead, there’s almost no swelling so it’s not noticeable lol The recovery period is super short
3. Incision revision surgery (2 months ago) I
was originally going to get front lid reduction surgery so I was looking for a hospital for the incision revision surgery but then my doctor suddenly recommended front lid reduction surgery.. I postponed it but ended up getting it at one of the hospitals I consulted with at that time.
I remember the doctor being meticulous and mentioning the excessive front lid reduction first.. To be honest, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the line he created lol
But now that I don’t have any fat, he told me that they’ll catch the sagging parts right away and that in this case, it’s the safest to do fat redistribution through an incision.
One of the other hospitals suggested the natural adhesion + fat grafting option, but I personally thought that just fat redistribution would be better. I'm neurotic now, so I wanted symmetrical eyes without double eyelids rather than something pretty and safe

There were other hospitals that offered the same option.. Among them, the reviews suited my style, and I ended up choosing a one-person hospital because they looked at me carefully. The director didn't force me to make a reservation, and even if I had questions or whined after the surgery, they answered and gave me feedback quickly, so it was okay.. When
we were designing before the surgery, they told me that I have a cataract in one eye and
I really didn't know that it doesn't close very much,
so they wrote a scar removal and suddenly wanted to do two lines ㅠㅠ
I didn't know about two lines and stuff, but this happened out of the blue.. But I was already wearing the surgical gown, wrote a consent form, and paid everything ㅠ I just said okay ㅠ Since I have an odd eye, they said they'd do an odd design too, so I just believed them. What can I do? ㅋㅋㅋ
The long-awaited surgery.. Did it take so long?
I went in at 11, finished the surgery, took a steam bath, came out, was about to change clothes, and when I looked at my watch, it was 3:30..? ㅋㅋㅋ For real, is this just double eyelid surgery?.. But it's true.
At first, you slept, right? You woke up but the other eye that wasn't open was already done and you were against it. You're doing it
now, but since there wasn't much fat, you kept saying ㅠ There isn't much fat ㅠ You keep saying this ㅠ While you were doing it, you said it was almost done and it was good.
But, you made me open and close my eyes over and over again, and you said that my eye that was open first was different from the eye that I open when I sleep and you wanted to do the eye that was open first again ㅠㅠ So you slept on that eye and had the surgery again.
The anesthesia gradually wore off and it hurt like crazy. They've already taken out the sleeping catheter and the torture scene began. Sob, sob. My scar was a mess and I was bleeding a lot ㅠ I kept bleeding so much that the doctor was having a hard time ㅠ
The funny thing is that I was in so much pain and the back of my head hurt because I had to lay down for so long ㅠ I'm dull so I told him that even a rough nod would be okay, but he said no ㅠㅠ So he told me that he would just turn his head because his head hurt, so he turned his head and finished the surgery.
It got too long, so I went for a consultation in the middle? She went out and came back once.
It's been two months since the incision, and there are still two small scars (because they did two incisions) and it's still bruised on my eyelids from the bleeding. But... it's much better than when I had single eyelids, so I'm satisfied. A month after the surgery, the surgeon came and made sure my eyes wouldn't close, but I'm sorry. My eyes close well now ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ
The line will be lower than it is now, but I like it. I don't like high lines, so I matched it with the loose side, which was originally a bit higher! But they said it would be almost the same line as my previous eye,
and since one side got a higher line, it would be even, but the swelling would be even, the director told me right after the surgery, so I'm going to just leave it at that.

- Forehead surgery is highly recommended for people who really hate their bangs
- It took a long time to get my eyes done and it was painful, but it seems like I did the right thing, just look at the pictures ㅠ ㅋㅋ
- I hope you guys don't do this and get it right on the first try...
