I'm in my mid-30s and
I don't have severe malocclusion, but
one of the teeth right next to my front teeth is aligned upside down.
One of my front teeth was broken, so I had an implant 10 years ago,
and the other front teeth have superfluous teeth (impacted teeth) on the gum side that aren't visible to the naked eye, so the roots are weak. I took it out because I was too shaken.
In the end, I need to get an implant here too,
but since it can't be corrected if it's driven in, I'm worried about getting an implant.
1) I'm wondering whether I should just extract the excess tooth first, correct it, and then plant it.
2) I'm wondering whether I should just extract the excess tooth and then implant it without correction. It's been a while since I had
my front teeth extracted, and I was getting braces after the teeth were extracted because my teeth were inverted, which had been annoying for a long time, but I stopped midway due to pregnancy and childbirth. The braces process was difficult, and
after consulting with several places, the orthodontist said that it was definitely the teeth that needed braces, so I went to
an implant dentist. I don't know why I'm trying to get my teeth corrected at this age just because of that one tooth, so
I need a lot of advice from corrections professionals!!
