Shadow next to the nose? I want to solve it, but what should I do?

I've already had nose surgery, and the bridge of my nose is not wide, so I can't reduce it any further... But there's always a shadow like that next to my nose, so even though I'm on the thin side, I have a bit of a pig nose... ? It seems like the same thing, but should I get nose botox or nose sculpting injections? Or, if you have a bit of a problem with your front cheeks, would it be better if you get a sculpting injection there? The hospital that did my nose surgery said they couldn't reduce the size of my nose any further. It stings!!! Wouldn't it be possible to make it this smooth? Also, I'm wondering if it's okay to get botox or sculpting injections on the nose after all the nose surgery has been done (osteotomy, nostril reduction, tip of the nose, silicone)!
