Swelling of the columella and nasal septum after nose surgery

It's been a little over a month since I had my nose surgery. When will the swelling in my nasal mucosa go down?
 
The hospital said it went very well and people around me said I looked pretty, so I was feeling relieved, but I'm worried because the nasal mucosa on one side and the middle of my nostril, whether it's the columella or the nasal septum, are harder and protruding. Starting...
 
I knew that it would take anywhere from 6 months to a year for the entire swelling to go down, so I tried to calm my mind and wait, but once it started to bother me, I kept looking at it... This will go down just as well as the other side... right?
 
The surgery involved two types of surgery: curved nose, double nose, nose tip, and two functions. My
 nose was originally curved, but not only was it shaped like that, but when I touched it with a cotton swab, it felt hard and strangely foreign, so all my nerves were focused on this area. Just
 like me after the surgery, it was only on one side. Is there any swelling ㅠㅠㅠ

swelling on the bridge of the nose where the beak was cut has gone down a bit, so the area where the bone was ground is swollen, and the swelling has gone down underneath it, and the tip of the nose is still tingling. The bridge of the nose looks a little bumpy... It was smooth when the swelling started in the 2nd week, but it will get better...??
