After nose surgery, when will the overcorrection on the tip of my nose go down?

<Innofit status before nose surgery><Overcorrected condition immediately after nose surgery><Current status after nose surgery><Current status after nose surgery>Today, it's been 2 months and 13 days since my nose surgery, but it still looks swollen overall, probably because of the sternum, and especially the side lines don't show any signs of coming down, maybe because of the overcorrection and sternum.   
 
How long does it take for the overcorrection of the tip of the nose to look like a straight line??              
 
They say it was a reoperation and the skin on the nose is thick. Is that why the breast fat is falling out late and coming down late, making it curved?? 
 
I like that it looks like a straight line, but it still looks curved. I     
 don't know
how long I have to wait for it to show signs of it.             
 
I'm exhausted.
 I'm stressed about
whether 5 or 6 months should pass                      
 
or if I should stop here.
