Does drinking corn silk tea to reduce swelling mean that the swelling will go down because you urinate frequently?

People say that corn silk tea is good for reducing swelling after double eyelid surgery. Does this mean that if you drink corn silk tea, you will urinate frequently and the swelling will go down well?? When I drank corn tea, I went to the bathroom so often that I went three or four times an hour. Does this mean that corn tea is also effective ? I heard that corn silk tea is good, so I bought some corn silk tea. But when I drank it, I had to urinate a lot more than corn tea;; Anyway, my question is, does drinking corn silk tea make you urinate frequently and reduce the swelling? Or does it have some other effect in the body?
