Ssangsu Jeon resume photo

I have to submit my resume photo to school by this month, but I'm going to have my doubles done on the 1st of next month.. Will my face change a lot if I do snow? I'm wearing glasses right now, but if I had to have surgery, I would wear contact lenses and if it's better to take them off, I'd also do LASEK. The eye surgery will be a partial incision, in-outline fat removal, and eye correction... Since I'm a nursing major, this photo will be on the hospital documents when I go to practice at the end of the second semester. I told them that if my face looks different after going in, they will ask me to take another picture. Should I take the picture later when the swelling goes down?ㅠㅜ
