It's my third week of surgery, when will my nose go down? My nose is so awkward. My original nostrils were wide circles, but now they're 11-shaped nostrils, which makes it even weirder. I asked them to make it natural, and the director said I have a pair of short noses and a small mouth, so I can't do anything fancy, but no matter how much I say I'm a plastic surgeon, my nose is too high and upturned. I have a long face and a long middle part of my face, so I don't have any greed for a nose bridge, and I just wanted to improve my flat nose and wide nostrils to make them round, but I think I overdid it. Those 11-shaped nostrils and the crooked left side (right side in the photo) are definitely because I overdid the tip of my nose, but since they said it's all swelling, there's nothing more I can do. Aside from the tip of my nose, will the angle of my columella go down to almost 90 degrees? My nasolabial angle is almost 110 degrees. Can it go down that much? If I keep doing it like this, I'm thinking of loosening the cartilage a bit more and lowering my nasolabial angle in 6 months. Am I worrying too much because it's my first time?!?!????!?
