I'm also so surprised by the 9th week review~
First, -2kg, circumference -5.1cm
. Can you see the gap? I can feel the difference with my eyes.
Thank you to the teacher who made the Rams mark almost invisible
. Bikini is totally possible in the summer.
Clothes look much better as the saddlebags are reduced, and
I'm happy that the pain from the friction on the inside of my thighs is almost gone.
My legs look longer too~~~
First, I'll talk about my diet routine!
I worked out at least twice a week,
alternating between aerobic and strength training.
At first, there was swelling, so the first week, it went down by -1cm,
but from the 8th week, which is called the golden period, it really started to go down. It was -5.1cm.
I felt good
because I could feel my thighs clearly getting smaller
!!! The pain was stinging and cold at first, but
as time passed, the lumps went away.
I also received aftercare diligently!!!!
As the saddlebags were reduced, my legs looked longer and clothes looked much better.
He's a male teacher, but he's much more delicate than female teachers, so I highly recommend him!!!
