I was recommended double incisions and eye correction, and even paid a deposit, and
it's only two days before the surgery.
The more I searched for eye correction, the more side effects there were, so
I just left that hospital and wasn't sure about this surgery.
I wanted to improve the cosmetic aspect, but
I thought it would be unbearable if a functional problem occurred, so I decided to cancel.
It would be difficult to get a 100% refund of the reservation fee if it was two days in advance, right?
Is it possible to recover at least part of it?
The hospital didn't explain things like refund regulations.
