The reason why I didn't put silicone right away
is because I have a long mid-face and my nose
bridge is not completely missing, so I only had implant-free surgery on the tip of my nose with my ear cartilage septum.
The tip of my nose definitely got straighter
and I didn't have to worry about contracture at all.
It looked so natural that no one would know I had plastic surgery
, but I did it naturally again. It's a bit disappointing because
I got it done at a pretty expensive place, but it's not that dramatic, so I
thought they'd just put silicone in...
But I have no intention of opening my nose again, so I'll just live with it like this.
But if you look at people who have had successful rhinoplasty, they look really pretty. .. So I’m a bit disappointed.
