10 to 20 years after rhinoplasty

What I worry about while looking into nose surgery is... If you look at famous YouTubers, there are a lot of people who get it wrong the first time and retake it. Even if it's not until 10 or 20 years later, within 1 to 2 years, the nose is bent, saggy, inflamed, and the nostrils are wrinkled. There are so many people who repeat the exam due to clap-clap, etc.. Will my nose be fine in 10 or 20 years? I thought... Even if I go and remove the silicone at that time, I can't get my nose back to its original state... I only know people around me who recently had nose surgery, so I've never heard of people who had nose surgery 10 or 20 years later. Is there an example of a long period of time after nose surgery?
