I lost 4kg with the abdominal infinite rams❤️‍

I did the Infinite Rams for the abdomen + Infinite Rams for the love handles, and I lost about 4 kg from 63.8 kg to 59.7 kg at 172 cm!! This week is my period, so my weight has plateaued, but I'm maintaining the weight loss well ㅎㅎ If there's one thing I regret, it's that I shouldn't have done it sooner. Even a medium size is a bit big for someone who used to feel tight in a large size now ㅠㅠㅠ I want to see the doctor on Parents' Day. I love you.
