The 5th revision nose surgery seems to have failed again

I had my 5th rhinoplasty done 23 days ago.
 The previous nose wasn't that bad, but my nose was short, my front nostrils were too visible, and the cartilage at the end of my nose was sharp and transparent, so I had to pay a lot of money to have the surgery again. I spent the price of a car on my nose,
 
but no matter how objectively I look at the results of the surgery, the shape of my nostrils
  looks weirder and my nose looks more lifted...
 The hospital says this is the best, but I think at least my nose shouldn't have lifted any more.
 The cartilage at the tip of my nose looks the same. , the color of the tip of my nose
 seems to be very bad... They say it will get better in 1-2 months, but
 maybe I'm sensitive to this... I
 had surgery because I thought it would definitely improve my upturned nose... I've been having repeated nose reoperations for two years and I really
 want to die.
 Does this look like a good surgery? I don't want to live because of the disease. I'm going to die after two years of rhinoplasty.
